Hey world! With update

Hey legs, this one is for you too.  I hope you don't take it personally, but you really need to get with the program and SOON.

I'm going for a run tonight, and then again on Sunday.  Legs you hear that, you have some work to do.

Ran 5 in a bit over 50 minutes.  I don't know for sure, as my iPod was DOA when I went to get it...grrr.  Put on my compression socks after and stretched a little, the calves feel better this morning, and the shins aren't nearly as tight as they have been.
